What is Venice Connected?

Venice Connected is an initiative by the City of Venice for helping visitors reserve the services they are interested in, and to help the City organize services according to the actual number of visitors expected

Why should I book through Venice Connected?

If you don't book ahead you will have to pay higher for all the tourist services delivered to you by the City of Venice, such as: public transport, entrance to municipal museums, car parks and rest rooms.

What happens if I don't book my services in advance?

Can I purchase tickets or order services for my family in one single transaction?

Yes, you don't need to purchase tickets or services individually. Just fill your shopping cart with all the tickets you and your family/group needs and these will be all included in the same PNR.

What is the PNR?

The PNR is the Unique Code you receive after your online purchase. Bring the PNR with you, when you come to Venice. 

How do I use my PNR?

For transport and toilet services, you need to show your PNR at the Venice Connected Points you find at the city gates: airport, train station, and the car terminals of Tronchetto and Piazzale Roma.

For visiting museums or accessing the municipal car park, just show your PNR when you enter.
